"As a first-time home buyer Ted was a perfect fit for my wife and I. He was patient with us, given our inexperience with the process. He answered all our questions in a timely fashion. He was readily available to set up viewings - and there were many over a significant time period. Ted was never pushy. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a home. I really felt he was there for us, and not himself.When we hit a major snag with an inaccurate appraisal, Ted recommended another, reputable lender who came through for us in a time pinch."

"Ted was initially nice and accommodating but quickly became difficult to deal with or discuss things with. I don't have high expectations, I'm not difficult to work with myself, and I am realistic about my real estate options. But with Ted it was his way or the highway. He came across as pompous and arrogant.

Luckily, I found another realtor who met with me and treated me with respect and patience. I also put a review on his site."
